Bastiat, I seriously regret not following my gut feeling years earlier, mate.
I did not voice my concerns in detail because I didnt want to influence anyone else's decision..... one never knows what might happen...... and I hoped they might yet pull a hat out of a rabbit. ( not a slip, but a Difficulty factor)
Decades back, a friend brought me a prospectus for a new float, and asked my opinion.......... I told him they would never find anything in that setting, and he didnt subscribe to it. I was right... nothing was ever found there..... BUT, they subsequently (but very briefly) ramped the share price up to $2.70 a share (based on nothing), and he missed out, due to my advice. Ouch! How do you think I felt, lol, even though he conceded I was right? He still missed out on some serious money.
I sort of learned from that.
