    Maybe the last lawyer didn’t want to take on a case with no chance of winning.

    One way jiameng & co can get out of this saga intact is to actually announce a dividend and actually pay it. Mejority would then have no legal ground to proceed with the court case demanding a dividend.

    Either way, shareholders will score a win from this.
