Ann: Appointment of Law Firm and Extension of Time, page-15

I'm no lawyer, but I don't see any evidence that Frichot & Frichot are not handling the Mejority lawsuit. The ASX compliance stuff is slightly different and it seems reasonable to use a law firm specializing in that area for advice on this. It seems like XPD still have a lot to do clear things up and it does seem like things shady things have been done but a least they are NOW seeking the best advice. I hope it can all be sorted out but we'd be fools to think it's certain! ASX delisting is not in anyone's interest though
