To be honest, I could not care less what the relationship is. KEY is changing direction, and they need new blood to do it. If between them they can move the sp upwards, they will be heroes in many holders’ eyes. IMO.
Nice end to the announcement:
"The Directors of Key Petroleum Limited look forward to both the technical business skills and international and Australian contacts which Kane can bring to the Board at a time when Key is to accelerate its exploration programmes and pursuing new ventures".
They are planning something, and I am guessing it is not a picnic lunch.
