A CEO employed on a consulting basis instead of a full time basis could well be because Craig Marshall plans on him not being in the job long.
Reason? KEY staging a reverse takeover of EGO with Craig being the CEO of the enlarged KEY.
Again this is only conjecture and it could be something simple like a genuine attempt to minimise costs, with KEY at the moment there is not really the need for a full time CEO.
