Its the height of arrogance and dishonour that an asian investor can think they can get away with not honouring a binding agreement.

The mistake made but these investors is thinking that they could get away with it by being based in Singapore when in fact the reciprocal agreement between Australia and Singapore means these investors are still 100% liable for $33mill USD.

All these investors assets will be being tracked and they are in big trouble as the court enforces the judgement. I hope they have deep pockets because they will need it.

Cosimo has done a great job in my opinion and he will not relent until we have justice.

The only option is to settle now and quickly I don't know what sort of legal advice these clowns are getting, but they should fire them immediatley.
