Even if the BW JV is signed and the JV company is created, I cannot see that being massively exciting for the share price.
It will spike a bit...2 or 3 cents, then drift down again.
Also if you do not see an announcement this week about the BW JV if I was a holder I wouldn't be too concerned.
Sure the share price will drift lower still, but a couple of weeks late so long as it is signed wouldn't be material.
Now if we get to Easter and haven't seen a ann that the JV is signed, then it probabaly will not ever happen and the share price will suffer.
