Not sure what the market is supposed to do with this news. Either more $overheads or further dilution for shareholders. Can't see this being the news that causes the stock to rally.
Perhaps if they announce that the turbines are turning and generating electricity for the legalized marijuana crops and the money is flowing in... That might get this one going....
