HIGHLIGHTS
• Mr. Tolga Kumova and Mr. Evan Cranston have been appointed as strategic advisors to Blaze. • These new advisors will work in conjunction with Mr. Klaus Eckhof (a current advisor). • Mr. Kumova and Mr. Cranston will assist Blaze with the exploration of its newly acquired projects and with the Company’s ongoing business development activities.
Blaze International Limited (ASX: BLZ) (Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tolga Kumova and Mr. Evan Cranston as advisors to the Company in relation to the Company’s exploration activities and ongoing business development initiatives.
Mr. Kumova and Mr. Cranston are each to receive 10,000,000 options in the Company, exercisable at $0.08 and expiring 1 March 2019 (Options). The Options will be issued subject to shareholder approval.

PLACEMENT
The Company has also agreed to conduct a placement to raise $1,587,666 by issuing 31,753,316 new shares in the Company at $0.05 per new share (Placement). This Placement will fully utilise the Company’s 7.1 and 7.1A capacity under the ASX listing rules; new funds will be used for general working capital, business development and the exploration of the Kirkalocka Gold and Thundellara projects. The Placement will also come with a free 1:1 attaching Option, on the same terms as the Options being issued to Advisors. The issue of these Options will be subject to shareholder approval.
