GAS at .90 right now seems way too cheap.
Greg Baynton is a smart operator and wants top dollar for GAS, hence the appointment.

TEG at .09 on cash backing PS alone at what will more likely settle at between .20 to .30 PS without any other factors taken into account. So how undervalued is TEG at present?
TEG with all that cash just makes for beautiful thoughts. Hmmmm just take a look at what Dealmaker Towner has done with very little cash, then the man is supplied the Treasure Chest. It makes for explosive thoughts. RT has a proven track record and I have no doubt is priming for some serious scalp taking. Word has it the hallway carpet the leads to Mr. Rob Towners office at HQ TEG has had to be replaced due to wear and tear. 
What we do know is that Highbury Partners do deals - BIG deals
In the near future could be breakouts left right and centre for the GAS and TEG.
