The company cant be any clearer with that announcement. They have interested parties and they feel someone is about to have a swing at them. I doubt this will take long. It is nuts that the companies share price is not much higher. Further proof the market is brain dead and so are the sellers. If a bid hits, i reckon this will push through $1.50 by the time its over and yet that is probably toooo cheap.
That also means TEG will get 25c cash injection (currently trading at 9c) Both companies represent good value by the looks of the action. Go the GAS. dyor
