I think what you are doing is good. So long as you're prepared to be held accountable for people missing out IF the company is able to perform. This goes both ways.
If WHA is given CFDA. Then I do hope you are willing to admit your wrongdoings at the same time and apologise to the potential buyers that you spooked. Otherwise you are no different to the up ramper who spouted crap that never happened.
