It may seem like alot to the average person, but no not really this isn't a chucky chesse we are invested in here, for the industry the expertise these guys bring to the table you cannot go out and find guys who have run multiple billion dollar mining companies at the local center link, these are guys are top 1% mining executives, you want that level of management at Alliance you have got to pay them what their worth.

I expect alot out of these guys to ramp upto $150million USD EBITA run rate by for A40 by the end of 2019, if they fail we can complain, but for now successful mining deserves rising pay packets, as for calderwood pay I think his alright when TAW gets sold he will be looked after.
