Hi Wilma, so what will this new position actually be doing for that largish in my very humble opinion salary. I thought we had some big contract mob in that looked after mining and processing. Seems a lot of money given we have pretty much contracted out operations? That's my understanding anyway, I am sure someone with more knowledge than me will correct me if I am wrong.

Trying to work out what this role will be doing that's worth so much money under the circumstances.
