For those inferring (as you are well entitled to do) that they keep bringing in more people because they haven't found anything - consider the total tenement length and all of the different prospects. They may have some of the tenements pretty much dialled in and those will be what they drill for first. If they are unsure about the geology of some of the others, why not bring in additional help to further narrow down the targets while you go after what you're confident in?

With 40km of potential strike, even if they are only confident in 10km of it that makes me a happy man. If all the boffins are then finalising the other 30km, I'll patiently wait.

They know they only need a big enough hit to bring the oppie's into play, then they'll have several million to drill for what the gurus then suggest. I for one will take some profit, but if they hit a decent patch, you can bet I'll convert the rest of my oppies then wait to see what all the other prospects hold.
