You may be right. I find when new managers go in at the top, they like to clean house by writing down the values of as much as they can.
This helps them to blame previous management for the write downs and creates a new low base to make any future gains look better.
If this is the case, then this should be the beginning of the end of the low share price.
That's just my 20 cents worth.
