At this stage I am more hopeful than certain that the two companies could form an alliance.
What does improve the chances though, is the RIWIF backing that RNE now has.
An influential partner such as RIWIF gives RNE the ability to take on projects not before considered possible.
The timing seems right for RNE to expand, now that they have sorted out their leadership and financing issues.
