Yes he has been there in the past and that is probably the main issue. You cannot have a revolving door board that allows him to come and go as he pleases, even if he is the major shareholder.

The fact is the useless board members along side him should have been replaced, as it was him as "psuedo CEO" and them, that did not do there job properly with the capital raising matter.

FIFO board members who make up numbers to collect a directors fee deserve to be where they live and have nothing more to do with the company. They are still to produce a result from the African deal that was going to put millions back in the coffers.

I hope you are right about it going forward as there is not much left behind it.
