Red 5 operates a gold mine in the Phillipines - I am sure that they have had their fair share of troubles - including tailings dam issues, pit dewatering pump failures and crusher problems - they had a big management shakeout in June 2016
His previous experience managing Macmahon UG contract mining division would be useful.
