Fair go usc... most of us are only committing to seeing what the acquisition is at this stage, and there may be more than one. Given the current cash and EV levels, it is highly unlikely that any acquisition could 'fail'... realistic worst case in my opinion is that the market won't add any value, depending on how the agreement is structured/dilution etc.
