TNR are spoilt for choice in regards to tenaments - buts thats their risk & reward. Previous management hasnt helped & with an ex-director dumping his stock - hence the valuation. The future for them will rest with JV's on their various assets i have a lot of faith in the new management - they have made all the moves & have the experience to build a company based on outstanding land holdings. Cash poor asset rich i figure - biggestvrisk is that get taken out under 5 cents.
