Michael was formerly the Chief Executive of ASX 200 (ASXRG) Programmed Facility Management (Programmed) and was responsible for the asset management and facilities maintenance services offered by the business. During his five years at Programmed, Michael led the realignment of the business to significant growth in revenue, profitability and work-in-hand, as well as implementing new key business systems in workforce mobility and asset management. Prior to joining Programmed, Michael was the Chief Executive of the Field Solutions Group of UXC Ltd where he managed a portfolio of businesses across the power distribution and retail sectors. Michael has also held executive roles within Tenix and Siemens.
