1) CEO - Mark Calderwood - ex CEO of Perseus mining, which at its height was a billion dollar company and ASX100 company.

2) Operation Director - Mark Turner - ex general manager of operations of Resolute Mining which was also a billion dollar company before being taken over by B2gold.

3) Chairman - Geoff McNamara - Director of Singapore Mining club (prominent organisation), a much respected figure in the mining scene.

4) Independent Director - Bob Vassie - current CEO of St Barbara, a $2.2b market cap company. Turned the company around shortly after he took helm.

5) Chief Financial Officer - Ron Chamberlain - ex CFO of Paladin Energy. At its height was a $3b market cap company and ASX 100.
