Definitely not very liquid but I wouldn’t be thinking of selling while it appears undervalued, and as talks continue with the govt regarding future expansion (ref: chairmans review). Good to see the increased evaluation for the casino complex too ($150m). ... Even Morningstar has the stock undervalued ($3.60), and though I wasn’t aware of the school of thought that says casinos perform well in a downturn (I only gamble on the share market .. despite that it’s pleasing to see the growing investor/developer confidence in Cairns (Crystalbrook etc). ... Helped along no doubt by the recent media attention during APEC PNG.
