Yes I guess it has to be retried at the next AGM.
The only saving grace for me in all of this is that if this new mob fail to get agreements with CZ or they sell out for a smallish sum? then it will be those with the most shares who voted for this will get hit the hardest because they have the most to lose, they will have shot themselves in the foot perhaps?
