If Mann and Co had that much faith in the company to fight so hard for it then I would like to think they still believed and were man enough to accept defeat and throw their support behind the new board. Any action of dumping shares and having a major dummy spit would just prove that the right directors have been elected and they were not worthy. I personally do not think that would be the case though and support will be thrown behind the new board.
