You are right - they only have a handful of large contracts. Ever wondered why? This hire has similar FM experience to the previous CEO who's reign was, lets be frank, a disaster. I certainly hope he does better but reiterate he will need to repair a lot of negative sentiment among the users of some of their platforms.
