He stepped down as Chairman of IRR recently as well (24th May ) which suggests that he may be trying to reduce his workload... but the fact that it's only till the 6th of July suggests a potential short term conflict of interest or related third party transaction discussion or decision?? Potentially relating to Solgold I would guess? Do your own DD.. pure speculation of course.
