When the invitation for a class action arrives in the mail - that will be interesting - the disclosure of this company except for the past 2 months has been a total disgrace - maybe a few con note holders had the inside mail as they continued to tip in and trade shares as the scrip was on fire (burning) - shareholders have been cooked / toasted / fried -
I have no idea why the new team jumped in when they did - clearly none of them will get paid or had any skin in the game either dumb or honourable ? - simply left holding the baby and cleaning up a disaster - if there is a phoenix current shareholders will be observers and can dream of what might have been if the company had been managed properly - one of the worst buckets of ()@&)@( ever - had there been a few more zeros involved some journo would write a best seller !
