SER is trying to head off unconventional TO that will result in zero return to shareholders of VXL including SER. Worth a shot but I raise the old lament: if only they had exercised more oversight of VXL in the first place we wouldn't all be in this mess. The mine was an unmitigated disaster disgracefully hidden behind positive (and misleading) statements both from the company and on the VXL thread. One was their media hype around exports with pics of the first shipment being loaded on a plane. Their next accounts had zero payment for the alleged shipment.
