Ok, so still determined to plough on with this
At least this time the ann is only advising an application has been submitted.
Last time the ann stated they already held "in Principle Approval" from ASX.
Probably trying to get a conditional approval so they can put the resolution forward at same meeting they convene for 249D-(somewhat presumptuous if this is the case)
(Would expect far more scrutiny on this application this time around)
