    This time the producers will have the upper hand.
    If they all stick together they will get bonanza prices.
    most u power plant operators will be fearful of China grabbing all the available u resources so they will panic and agree to whatever u producers demand.
    If I was a u producer I would demand $100 and maybe accept $80  considering the massive demand predicted going forward.
