Looks like enough cash to last a 18 months, I'm guessing the plan is to release the FS with hopefully a nice Vanadium sweetener then do a CR to raise the funds to restart LHM off the back of any bump that and an increasing U price has given... They better include existing SHs in any raising though, LTers have been "diluted" enough by the DOCA!
