I couldn't agree more with everything you have stated, I have been sniffing this one for about 6 months, bought once and sold on the same day with a very nice profit, have been keen to buy back in, but something keeps telling me to wait, especially now.
After reading the announcement and analysing it to the best of my ability, I can not see them going much further without raising more money. Thay have to dilute the company further by issuing a sh..load of shares at probably between .005 and 1c for anyone to take them up.
As you have stated, we don't know if they even have anything worth mining yet!!!!
