From reading the report (and I would encourage holders to read for the detail) - I think that the company is positioning itself very, very well. They have mapped out a sensible strategic direction. The collaboration with OdourNet seems to address one aspect (international sales) of a 3 tiered growth strategy.

"We have identified potential partner organisations that can extend the value that they provide to their clients by integrating EnviroSuite with their current offerings."

And remembering that this collaboration agreement was only set up this month. I think it's way too early for numbers and this is about a partnership that advances the interests of both entities. It does not, in my opinion, represent a 'takeover' to acquire a sales channel (... that can extend the value that they provide to their clients).

In my opinion, PEH is a very good small cap company with the strong possibility of steady growth. Importantly, they have noted in the report that they are looking further towards the horizon and not wholly reliant upon EnviroSuite per se.

"In Pacific Environment’s case, the exemplar of innovation and associated R&D is our EnviroSuite technology. Our longer term task is to create an environment in which we might develop other potentially game-changing innovations that can manifest in different opportunities for the Company."

I am still reading (I like detail) but it seems to me that to limit PEH to an SP of 14c is far too restrictive. It would not surprise me if the PEH share price creeps up nicely and quietly. Supply will tighten because I suspect there will be a few more holders like me (and I am no market genius) that realise that this company is a very solid small cap whose future could be bright. Accordingly, they will hang on to their shares. I am going to hang on to my little parcel.

Supply dries up and price moves accordingly. Again, 14c seems excessively conservative to me and have a close read of the entire report.

I won't predict the share price because that's a very difficult thing to do, in my opinion. When I have done it in the past I usually wind up with egg on my face. What I am comfortable saying is that from what I have read so far - I am glad pushed the "buy" button on this profitable small cap company. And the longer it remains unnoticed the more shares I can get.

A long way to go for PEH but one of the better small caps around in my humble opinion.

    Just my ramblings and viewpoint.

If I find anything else of note in the detail I will post some thoughts.
