yep she’s right, the features are certainly not new. In fact they are worryingly basic (I’m surprised they even had a product without those features). The web based zero footprint is interesting however and I’d love to see how that performs. Carestream have a zerofootprint pacs which is terroblr, but no software . Intelerad (pacs) and visage (ris) zero footprint is excellent but They require software.
