With respect to unencumbered, existing, human health TPM assets, I would suggest using Slide 8 of the presentation which was released on 7 February as reference.
Of the list on that slide, the only encumbered (and hence, excluded) assets are TPM propofol in Japan, Australia and New Zealand and TPM diclofenac gel in India and the 16 other territories that were taken by Themis.
This is simply what I have concluded and therefore may not be correct, although propofol's status was something I did confirm at the time with the Company.
