Kens, I’m really not sure why the 5 million GBP figure comes as a surprise to you.

And this is from a post I wrote as part of the thread discussing the settlement. The AU$9 m figure I mentioned was based on currency exchange rates at the time.

Another obvious downside is that if Strides is interested in licensing any of POH’s existing human TPM assets, up to AU$9m could eventually be payable by POH via discount on future upfront, milestone and/or royalty payments.
