Real mix of 1 star and 5 star reviews on Facebook in the last month or two for YHD, would suggest some of the logistics and stock issues aren't sorted out just yet either.
When buying online, particularly for first time customers, successful fulfillment is such a large part of their overall shopping experience as you they often don't have contact with a staff member to impress them.
The more 1 star reviews you receive on FB, the less likely you are to attract new customers, as people will often look at feedback before pushing the purchase button.
