They have a 10% and 15% issue combined because of the fact they have not issued anything in 9 years.

I think I read somewhere they are husband and wife, but don't quote me on that. They are co founders. She still kept a substantial amour as you say.

The other directors only acquired about 20K each. There are 770 shareholders that own less that $500 worth!!
