Ms Jennifer Lim sold the majority of her stake (22.5m shares) in 2013 at 16.5c (equally to Sinotrans & Grand Orient Capital)...She still has around 900,000 share & remains an executive director.
The other founder Chak Tan still retains his stake (23.381 m) & he remains the MD.....Is Jennifer Lim related to Chack Tan?....May explain why she sold her stake yet still retains control via Tan & bringing in 2 strategic investors.
Couldn't find anything about rights issue.....I am aware of the 10% capacity.
Chinese & singaporean based businesses are extremely difficult to get a handle on & usually quite illiquid ....But this is the nature of the beast.
