The tests for market sensitivity do not merely relate to information that is published; there is also a contextual element that is considered.

And, presumably, in this case the context in which that presentation was issued to the ASX was that it will be used in a formal investor roadshow being undertaken by the company, which some market followers might constitute to be contextually sensitive in terms of potential share price impacts.

I tend to pay zero attention to whether or not something is deemed to be "price sensitive".

Because someone making a determination of whether or not certain company announcements are share price sensitive, makes no difference to the fundamentals of the business, nor to its valuation.
