On reflection - really HVN should be letting shareholders know the difference between the max level of credit to franchisees, and the actual amount being used for inventory or whatever at a minimum. It still isn't clear if there has just been a (definitional) legal contract change, or if the underlying accounts have changed materially. Not good enough IMO. The numbers involved are huge.
