Current management etc took control and got set at that 1:14 consolidation. New cost base set at 0.7c as that is where all the new money was raised. Forget the past that was old management. Blame them if you are to blame anyone. Only criticism I think is that no deal has been done in 2 years since they have had control. But they appear to be doers. It is a receptive market to deals.
