Yeap, especially as majority holders. I guess with a tightly held register it is just a lot of blind faith not having regular updates except half year and full year reports.. not knowing what revenue could potential be, work etc. going forward. THe business was doing well to date but one doesn't know if revenue will reduce, increase, or halve from the june 16 results.. clearly they're profitable on the work they do, but it is the extent of that I'm curious about. Hopefully they can continue to maintain earnings and tender contracts in the existing business and bolt on a business that is profitable and cashflow positive to keep momentum going.

Hopefully times and businesses are still ripe for price. With a modest 8m cash one would hope they could perhaps buy outright or acquire a reasonably large business by combining cash and script perhaps and having the sellers come on board and working together ... then again with owning somuch of a business assumedly the founders aren't going to want to cede much of their % interest.

Can i ask where you see a reasonable price target @furniture? without knowing of course future potential acquisitions, but based on the current business what you feel would be a comfortable level for yourself personally to consider taking money off the table? i.e. selling out?
