I say it's about returning to the stock's value I say.
Current PE is less than 4 now. I say give it 5-6x is reasonable for a no/slow growth stock however 3x PE is back to undervalued again IMO.
Re news, I think you might be surprised as the directors said they are looking for quality business to buy. We shall see what they come up with.
