I don't think it's a capper. A million shares might seem like a lot, but let's face it, that's a $40k purchase. More than I can afford, but plenty of people can. If someone with that money wanted in they'd snap it up. I think there are quite a few people around with several millions of shares left-over from the pre-centrals days, including some previous management. I wouldn't be surprised if someone's just decided to exit their position.

I don't know which way this will go from here, but the upside seems bigger than the down side at this price. Looking forward to seeing any news about potential acquisitions or new contracts.
