That depends, if more than 90% of stock are controlled by people who knows what they are doing, I am totally happy about it. Yes I agree with you , valuation might be punished a bit by the liquidity. However I don't think it's an issue with RDG yet as we seems perfect liquidate now. If the SP is 10x more with same market cap, I will be concerned.
