I had a good day on Nomad. As you can see on my previous post, I posted it when the price was 6.4c and I was the buyer at that time. I bought at 6.5c and 6.4c after it fell in price then someone came in and turned it around and it finished at 7.5c. Its a nice feeling when one has done their own analysis of the results and takes a punt to get a result like that.
I am certainly not madly confident about this stock. I have been a shareholder for three and a half years now and I don't have much to show for it. They announce all these different profit results e.g. continuing operations profit excluding impairments etc and they have yet to show signs of becoming genuinely profitable again.
The balance sheet is healthy looking and I am hoping that accommodation conditions and requirements will improve in coming years. If the accommodation building business does come good and the company does it well, then certainly the stock price would be a multibagger. But equally of course, it could go the other way.
