These are both excerpts from Robin's Managing Director's Report in the Annual Report, this is quite a positive write up.
Further in the Chairman's Letter this stood out to me...
"The ultimate reward is ahead of us as we endeavor to grow the value of the company in multiples."
"We are intent on delivering significant shareholder value from our efforts going forward and effectively communicating our progress to the market."
Highly recommend reading.
